Courses included in package: (These are the 6 TREC required classes) •(0111) Principles of Real Estate I - (30 Hours) •(0112) Principles of Real Estate II - (30 Hours) •(0321) Promulgated Contracts - Book Format (30 Hours) (new course) •(0411) Finance I - (30 Hours) •(1111) Law of Agency - (30 Hours) •(1200) Law of Contracts - (30 Hours)

IMPORTANT TREC UPDATE! Effective September 1, 2012, You will need to provide the Texas Real Estate Commission with verification of 180 clock hours -six (6) 30 hour classes to obtain your real estate salesperson’s license. All six Core courses are mandatory

I like the idea of being able to take my courses online at my own pace. How much time am I given in order to complete all the courses? Thanks.
